| The administration spearheaded by Ms. Buena Canzana, the school director, some personnel and academic coordinators attended a four-day seminar-workshop on strategic planning held at the school library in the middle-high school department on December 1,2, 3, & 6, 2009.
Mr. Jun Montes, the VP for Loans and Investments of AMA Education System was the speaker-facilitator of the said affair.
Among the significant topics discussed were: AMAES Backgrounder; Strategic Plan Process; Review of the AMAES mission and vision; Identification of strategic challenges/ critical issues; Review of Operations; Stake holders analysis; & Performance measures.
The participants were asked to do SWOT analysis, mission and vision formulation, identify strategic challenges and critical issues, and formulate performance measures in the workshop sessions.
